Join us for a weekend of whitewater fall campout. Paddling the San Marcos River by day, we will camp at San Marcos River Retreat beginning Friday October 6th thru Sunday the 8th. Held in conjunction with AmeriKen Outdoors fall campout. The weekend will also include 2 days of paddling and a Swap Meet to Buy/Sell/Swap paddle related gear.
Basic participation: Campground reservation and fees ($10 per night, per person) are your responsibility and paid directly to the facility.

Outdoors with Grace will be offering Introduction to Whitewater paddling class to kick off the weekend of fun. The session will include Wet Exits, Basic and River Stroke Mechanics, Ferrying, S-Turns, River Rescue Techniques and River Reading.

Safety Requirements: Outdoors with Grace require that ALL paddlers WEAR their correctly fitted and sized PFD at all times on the water. All attendees must have a readily accessible Signal Whistle or Horn when on the water. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.
